In this role, you will actively support the execution of change management strategies across our enterprise-wide ERP Transformation Program “Spring”. This initiative is central to modernizing our core systems and processes to align with Kramp’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Closely collaborating with the Program Management Team, you will contribute to initiatives that enable successful adoption of new ways of working. Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and facilitating stakeholder meetings and change-related workshops.
Supporting the implementation of Management of Change (MoC) and Change Network initiatives.
Preparing strategic communications, presentations, and documentation for key change interventions.
Aligning project timelines and change management plans to ensure consistent execution.
Assisting with training readiness, including logistics and content coordination.
Monitoring and analyzing key program KPIs, providing insights and recommendations.
Contributing to continuous improvement efforts across the program lifecycle.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Technology, Operations, Commerce, and Finance, and work closely with project and workstream leads, and Change Champions throughout the organization.
Who You Are
You are a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a genuine interest in organizational change. You bring curiosity, resilience, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
We’re looking for someone with:
A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Exposure to or experience in change management, project coordination, internal communications, HR, or transformation support, preferably gained in an international context.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
An affinity for digital and business transformation environments.
A structured, hands-on approach with a solution-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Dutch is considered an asset).

This position is based in Varsseveld, Utrecht, or Strullendorf. Occasional travel to other European locations will be required. Available for 32–40 hours per week.
