This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of business and technology—comfortable navigating complex information, building strong relationships, and translating needs into clear, actionable outcomes.

What will you do:

  • Facilitate the assessment of discovery and validation of business initiatives across enterprise platforms, systems, and cross-functional teams.

  • Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement activities, ensuring needs and concerns are effectively identified and managed.

  • Analyse current-state (“as-is”) processes and collaborate with teams to design future-state (“to-be”) solutions, supporting a clear and achievable transition.

  • Own the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, including identification of business, stakeholder, solution, and transition requirements.

  • Assess solution impacts, integration considerations, and dependencies across the  IT landscape to support decision making.

  • Work closely with product teams to define epics and acceptance criteria aligned to both technical and business outcomes.

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

  • Experience capturing, analyzing, and documenting business & functional requirements.

  • Hands on experience with requirements modelling, validation, testing scripts, and acceptance criteria.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills — from workshops to alignment sessions.

  • Experience supporting or coordinating project activities (and ideally leading small teams when needed).

  • Comfortable working across end-to-end delivery, from discovery to implementation.

  • A strong communicator who can translate complexity into clarity for different audiences.

  • Someone proactive, structured, and energized by problem solving.
