Specifically, we expect potential executives to have the following characteristics:
- After a university degree, you should already have several successful years in management or in management positions behind you. The last years of which should ideally have been in business areas related to our company, such as distribution, e-business, logistics, customer service and product management for technical products
- You should have a good knowledge of our markets, market structures and market processes
- You should have experience of organising and implementing challenging projects, projects that were systematically driven forward by you, with a focus on success
- You should be a strategic, visionary thinker — but still able to knuckle down and inspire people to work towards your goals
- You should feel at ease in our international environment, speak English and perhaps even an additional foreign language
- You should be very familiar with the IT and communication tools that the position requires, in particular, the modern Office suite
- You should be happy to take on pioneering roles within our value-oriented corporate culture, acting as a role model for your team and the staff involved in your projects
