In your future work field:

  • you, as Account Manager, are responsible for building long-term customer relationships focussed on value, where the important aim is to raise the turnover and profit for our customers
  • you will be contributing to the development of customised services and innovative customer solutions
  • you build your networks by targeted acquisition of new customers and effective management of existing relationships 
  • you will be working closely with the Customer Specialist and Product Specialists in order to serve the customer as well as possible

  • you have completed a bachelor education in the field of commercial economy or a similar education 
  • you have plenty of sales experience and an affinity with technology
  • you enjoy engaging with customers and developing your communication and analytical skills further

Customer Specialist

Your future tasks:

  • Include varied and responsible activities contributing to the realisation of a long-term customer relationship based on added value
  • You will recognize the needs of our customers and contribute to the development of customised services and innovative customer solutions
  • You will have direct contact with our customers from the office
  • You will be working closely with the Account Manager, and become a close knit partnership

Product Specialist

Your future tasks:

  • A varied and challenging job awaits you in which you independently advise customers on the application of technical products 
  • You communicate directly with our customers from the office
  • You keep up with the latest developments by means of further training from Product Management or our suppliers

Sales Support

Your future tasks: 

  • You are responsible for answering the telephone and making sure that customers are connected to the right person
  • You are the backbone of our sales department and you pull the strings in the background
  • You take care of the administrative support for the entire sales department
  • You are punctual and accurate when handling the customer's orders

Business Solutions Specialist

Your future tasks:

  • You will advise our customers about our Business Solutions
  • You will work both in the office and in the field and will organise your week planning and travel yourself 
  • You are responsible for the implementation of Business Solutions with our customers and take care of the corresponding additional support
  • You ensure that your sales colleagues have a good knowledge of the available Business Solutions

If…

  • you have successfully finished a commercial education
  • you have experience in sales and preferably also in our Business Solutions, such as EDI solutions, Scan to Order, Kitting solutions and Two Bin
  • you have a feeling for systems and software programs such as Excel
  • you have a very service-oriented personality, with strong communication and social skills

Retail Sales Manager

Your future tasks:

Based on our sales philosophy, as Retail Sales Manager

  • You are responsible for building long-term, valuable customer relationships, increasing the turnover and profit of our customers by added value and optimising customer satisfaction
  • Convert the local business strategy into concrete growth strategies 
  • You approach customers (pro-)actively, identify your growth opportunities, follow-up the growth opportunities and develop them 
  • You advise our clients on the retail concept, offer them support in establishing the shop and offer them suitable marketing tools

  • you have a bachelor education in the field of business economics or possess a comparable qualification
  • you have plenty of sales experience and technical knowledge 
  • you enjoy engaging with customers and performing communicative and analytical work

Assortment Manager

Your future tasks (depending on where the main focus lies):

  • You determine the necessary products for the local market
  • You assess the demand in the market, you respond proactively and initiate the associated marketing activities

  • You maintain contact with the suppliers
