Visitors met customer specialists and product specialists and visited the stands of more than 100 suppliers who were present in the largest tent in the Netherlands. Guests could also take an interactive tour through the main office, warehouse, distribution centre, workshop and Technical Services as part of the programme. Knowledge was also updated in "silent seminars". Customers could be briefed on various topics in enclosed rooms, and the seminar on social media was especially popular.
Naturally, food and drink was provided. There was room for a snack and a drink in the evening and DJ Bacchie provided the dance music. This made Kramp Open a great success.
